Acts 24: 14,15 (April 18th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

Who do you worship? 'I worship the God of our fathers' is what Paul told those you wanted to kill him.    I hope you can say the same.  I worship God for all He has done for me and continues to do on a daily basis.  God has allowed me to share the gospel.  God has allowed me to teach the gospel.  God has allowed me all the wonderful things that life can give.  I worship Him daily by reading His word, singing, praying, and thanking Him continuously.  God is eternal so your worship should be eternal.  We spend hour talking to others - take sometime to talk to Him too.

Quiet Time Nugget:

Are you struggling with some major decision that you have to make?  Are you torn between yes I can do this or no I can't?  The Bible says: "Do Not Fear and Do Not Be Dismayed".  When you put your trust in God and you listen attentively to his word, you will know what choice to make.  God is involved in every aspect of our lives.  God knows your everyday needs.  God wants you to have the best.  God is a god of mercy.  He will guide you in making the right choices - so why don't you stop struggling and ask Him for help. Like a 'Nike' commercial would say: 'Just do it' - you'll be glad you did.
