Quiet Time Nugget:
'O Lord God, please remember me and please strengthen me'… - was the prayer that Samson said when he needed God the most. This prayer was not an act of malice and revenge, but of faith and zeal for God. The awful punishments for his sins had, at last, brought him to his senses. When finally Samson cried out for God to remember him, he knew that God was the only one who could help him and he put his trust in Him.I know that this type of prayer we say when we call out to God because we are feeling low, lonely or afraid. A prayer because we have lost all hope and need God to lift us up. My friends do not let your spirit get so low that you have to find your self pleading God. Take time, everyday, to thank Him, to praise Him and to talk to Him about your everyday things. He is a God who listens and will be with you no matter what if you put your trust in Him and serve Him.
