Acts 18:9 (April 12th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

Many of us are afraid to tell others that; "Jesus Lives," "Repent of your sins," "He is coming soon to save us," etc.  The Bible tells us not to be afraid and not to be silent because He is with you and no one will attack you.  God does not lie.  God is almighty.  God has never gone back on a promise.  So if you have been wondering and doubting how to speak to probably a co-worker, your boss, your spouse, do not be afraid, He will protect you just be obedient.  There are so many ways to share the gospel.  I just love how the internet has made it so easy.  Take for example this blog, tell your friends about it and point to them those verses that speak on salvation.  God will do the rest.

Deuteronomy 30:9-10 (April 12th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

God wants to prosper us continuously every time we obey His voice.  How can you hear His voice?  You can hear His voice if you read your Bible daily. Almost everyone that I know has a cell phone and there are Bible apps that you can download for free.  Many of my friends have done this already but still fail to read the word of God daily.  Many play silly games for hours and won't take 5 - 10 minutes to read a couple of chapters.  Take time to read His word.  Take time to pray.  I promise you that you will hear His voice and if you obey it, He will change your life.  He loves you and wants nothing but the best for you.

Acts 17:3 (April 11th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

Jesus is Christ. Jesus is Jehovah in the old testament and the Messiah in the New Testament.  He is the son of God.  He died on the cross.  He resurrected from the dead and lives.  He is coming again to take those who believe in Him and give us eternal life.  I believe in Him and I can't wait for the day that I will live eternally in His presence.  I hope you believe in that too.

Deuteronomy 28:1 (April 11th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

"And if you faithfully obey the voice of God, you will be high above…" with your family and friends, in your job, in your education, in your marriage, and all nations.  What a wonderful promise God has.   I hope that you pick up the Bible daily and read it which will help you hear His voice. And once you start to listen to His voice and you faithfully obey, the blessing from Him will be amazing.  That is why I am trying to read, listen and obey His word daily too.

Acts 16:30-31 (April 10th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

"What must you do to be saved?
Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…"
Once you believe that Jesus can save you, there is something that you must do.  It is not difficult and it is available to everyone.  All you have to remember is your ABC's.
 A= Accept (You must accept that Jesus is your savior.  You can say it in your heart, tell someone, write it down, sing it, etc).
B = Believe (This one is a little difficult for some because you can't see God but you have to believe He is alive and can save you from everything you are going through.  Try it, believe in Him and wait and see what starts to happen.)
C = Confess (This is when you tell God - "I accept you as my Saviour, come into my heart, forgive me, help me, guide me, etc.  You can do this quietly in the privacy of your home or you can go to someone who has Jesus Christ in their heart and is saved, they can pray with you)

Deuteronomy 26:17 (April 10th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

Ladies and Gentlemen….TODAY is the day "you have declared today that the Lord is your God"!
Is He really your God?  Have you trusted Him to put all your troubles in His hands?  Have you had faith that He can do anything?  Have you accepted Him as your saviour?    Well, I guess there lies your problem, you have not given it all to Him.  Do that today!  The more I read His word, the more I am surrendering all my cares to Him and it feels really good.  I am no longer bound.  I feel light.  I laugh more.  I am enjoying my family and job more.  I hope you too can feel rejoiced.  Believe in Him and if you have not done so yet, accept Him as your savior.  Click here to find out how:  Accept Jesus.

Acts 15:11 (April 9th)

Quiet Time Nugget:

Thank God for His grace everyday!  We would be doomed if it wasn't for His grace.  God is so wonderful.  He knows your every needs and takes the time to listen to everything you have to say; and boy do we have a lot to say and especially ask for.  If you are going through some difficult times and you feel that God has abandoned you - remember His word.  We often forget that God is God. He rescues us daily from so many things.  He carries us in His arms.  He comforts us.  He protects us.  He forgives us again and again.  No human in this world could ever do what He did, does and will continue to do.  Just believe that you will be saved through His wonderful grace and mercy.  B-E-L-I-E-V-E !
